Not so long ago, I was exactly where you are—I wanted to improve but I never really got around to it. When I did, I would be inconsistent. I was frustrated and overwhelmed, and I was tired of feeling guilty all the time. So I decided to make some changes, little did I know my life will change forever because of those small changes. 

What started out as a small effort to improve my well-being during an extremely challenging period of my life five years ago has turned into a way of life.

I’ve spent over 6000+ hours in the last 4.5 years diving into the world of productivity, peak performance, and self-improvement. In that process I’ve explored and tested a variety of methods and techniques via a series of self-experiments.

Believe it or not, I believe 100% that anyone can do this.  Despite all these, I do not see myself as a disciplined person, just someone who has made a decision to commit to growth, and have set up a system that works in my favor instead of against it. 


My Story


8 years ago, I had a lucrative job as an oil-broker in Singapore but something just didn’t feel right. I chose money over passion and I was paying the price for it. So when the opportunity to redeem myself came, I answered the call to adventure and moved Stockholm, Sweden, to go attend a digital media called Hyper Island, renowned for their unconventional approach towards digital innovation. Since then, I’ve shaped a new career in digital media as an entrepreneur (Loppist + Undivided Fitness ) and a digital media consultant.

More importantly, along the way I’ve embarked a journey of self-discovery and experienced a deep, fundamental change in how I see and experience the world. At the core of this transformation is seeing the power of adopting an experimental approach to creating any sort of behavioral or perspective change.

Ever since, I’ve ran my life as a giant series of experiments, and I’ve published some of them here, and that has resulted in people asking for my help and advice in helping them to build habits and achieve their goals, and that request has translated into what you see here: one-on-one digital coaching that creates transformational results.

Traditional Coaching


  • Must meet in somewhere physically
  • Bound to the coach’s schedule, and often meet once per week.
  • Often very expensive, traditional coaching can be as much as $200 per session, and upwards of $1000/month.
  • Requires face to face interaction, which can be challenging for some people.
  • Equally as effective, but given that it is harder to access, and there are more barriers, remaining consistently in coaching can be challenging.
